It helps create an environment that reduces inflammation and supports repair of the ocular surface when symptoms have not improved with standard treatments.

The membrane is placed on the surface of the eye, where it acts as a protective layer and supports healing of the underlying tissue.
The membrane is typically worn for a short period of time and then removed once the surface has improved.
